To be a master, a teacher, an inspirer, while also being a student and a companion in change. Sharing experience, knowledge, skills, and everything that the mentee needs and what the mentor is capable of giving them.

At the same time, leaving space and freedom for the mentee to create and meet their own needs, both personal and related to running a business.

This, in my opinion, is the essence of mentoring and what we propose during the mentoring processes we conduct.

Their duration depends on the individual needs of the participants. Typically, they last from six months to a year, with meetings taking place once or twice a month.
